2008 Scholarship Winner
Clare Castieau, who works at Nicola's Ristorante in Bunbury, was the winner of the inaugural International Catering and Hospitality Scholarship. She travelled to Cambodia in September 2008 and as well as spending time at the Paul DuBrule School of Hospitality and Tourism, she took part in a Food Expo with four Australian celebrity chefs and met the Australian Ambassador to Cambodia. |
